Education is also considered as an emergence or to bring up, to bring forth and lead out. Universal dictionary of english language difines it, “Bringing up, training education. (1) Discipline, development and training of mind, character and faculties, (2) Instruction and training of the young, (3) Organized system of education in a given state”/. It is a “phase of the social process that is fostered by society for the purpose of filling its members for life in the group”.
